First-time wearers are welcome. We teach insertion, removal, and care as part of your fitting, and stay with you until you are confident on your own.

Do I need a fitting before buying lenses? +
Yes. A contact lens prescription is different from a glasses prescription, and it includes measurements from a fitting. It keeps your lenses comfortable and your eyes healthy.
Which brands do you carry? +
We carry trial pairs of most major brands, so you can wear-test before ordering a supply.
How often should I replace my lenses? +
Follow the schedule for your lens type: daily, biweekly, or monthly. Stretching lenses past their schedule is a common cause of irritation and infection.
Can I sleep in my contacts? +
Only if your specific lenses are approved for overnight wear, and most are not. When in doubt, take them out, and ask us at your next visit.
